Dear Sir,
I, Donald Bradley, believe that the absolute measure of a company is how that company responds and reacts to the customer and concerns of the customer when something goes wrong or when the customer is not satisfied. Any company which thinks that things will not go wrong and does not have a procedure in place to s atisfy their customer is a company which does not understand the power of "the word of mouth" advertisement.
I stand ready to testify that in my case something went wrong and also stand ready to testify that your company absolutely stands behind your "commitment to customer satisfaction" as written on your website.
I commend Ron Fullen for his response to hear me out while all the while correcting the problem of the two rod holes over two visits.
I further commend Fritz (sic) Bocks for his professional handling of a disgruntled customer, myself, proving that customer satisfaction is one of the chief concerns of your company.
I will not hesitate to tell anything that Insta-Dry will not only do the job right, but, unlike some companies, will not shirk from doing all that it takes to make wrong right.
I will not hesitate to call you when the services that you provide are needed. What occurred was just that one in a million occurence which the laws of probability dictate must occur and there is nothing that can be done to stop it but to make it right.
